LIVESTREAM PAID ACCESS TERMS:
Your livestream purchase is valid for one user on one device at a time, you cannot share your access with another user. Any attempts or breaches may result in your access being suspended.
Livestream videos may not be re-distributed in any way without a prior written agreement with Element.

WORKSHOPS:
Events are entered at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your property at all times. Element are not liable for damages or incidents arising from participation in these events.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
A behavioural code of conduct applies. Element reserves the right to remove you from an event and block access to future events if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Thank you for your interest in our upcoming event. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure a fair experience for all attendees and to manage our event costs, we have established the following refund policy:
Cancellations & Refunds
14 Days or More Before the Event: If you are no longer able to attend due to unavoidable commitments or health-related circumstances, we offer an 80% refund of your ticket price. To process these requests, we kindly ask for a brief explanation regarding the change in your circumstances.
Within 14 Days: At our discretion, we retain the right to deny refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as resources and materials will have already been committed. If you are unable to attend but would like to send someone else in your place, we welcome ticket transfers (up to 48 hours before the event begins).
Action Required: Please email us with your original registration details and the full name and contact information of the person taking your place so we can update our attendee list.
No-Shows
Refund Eligibility: Please note that refunds will not be issued for "no-shows" (registered attendees who do not attend the event and do not provide prior notice).
To submit a request, please contact our team via email. We aim to process all valid requests within 5–7 business days.
If the event is cancelled by Element due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and provide the option of a full refund or ticket transfer to a later event.

MEDIA RELEASE FOR ATTENDING WORKSHOPS
Upon signing up to an event, all event attendees agree to be photographed or used in any other form of audiovisual material as part of the event, and for future promotional purposes.
Because of the nature of the events, you may be photographed by others in the group. By attending you are providing permission for them to use or share images where you may be present.
We ask all workshop participants to be reasonable, fair and respectful in the capturing of images concerning other members of the group. Despite providing permission and attending the event, in a particular circumstance it is important to recognise other group members' wishes if they express discomfort in a particular situation.
